Multipolar Sell Kediri Town Square Worth IDR345Bn

PT Multipolar, Tbk (MLPL IJ) sold its mall namely Kediri Town Square worth IDR345bn to PT Panca Permata Pejaten. The transactions is an affiliate, since Kediri Town Square owns by PT Prima Gerbang Persada. For the record, Prima Gerbang Persada, is a subsidiary of PT Nadya Putra Investama. While the buyer, Panca Permata Pejaten, is a subsidiary of Lippo Malls Indonesia Retail Trust (LMIRT).
