Nippon Indosari Build New Factory after Right Issue

PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo, Tbk (ROTI IJ) issue as much as 1.15 billion its new shares, through a scheme of right issue. Company hoped could be pocketed extra fresh fund of IDR1.43trn. While the proceeds will be used to build four to six new factories in Sumatra, Borneo and Java. With the addition of a new factory, especially in Kalimantan and Sumatra, company can enlarge distribution channel, so could suppress the amount of bread that is returned.
