Pinehill Acquisition Impact on Indofood CBP. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk (ICBP IJ) signed an agreement with Pinehill Corpora Limited and Steele Lake. The transaction, which was signed on Friday (05/22), is worth USD 2.99 billion, equivalent to IDR 44.25 trillion.
