PP Properti’s MTN Offering Coupon 10.15%

The medium term notes (MTN) VIII of PT PP Properti, Tbk (PPRO IJ), is offering coupon rate at level 10.15%. The MTN’s principal amount worth IDR200bn, with tenor 3-years or will due on October 20, 2020, with PT Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk (BMRI IJ) is act as underwriter. For the record, PP Properti reported its achievement noted net profit worth IDR275bn until September 2017, or up to 63.95% above the targets.
