Rimau Multi to Change its Name to Air Asia

In line with the business transition, Rimau Multi Putra Pratama, Tbk (CMPP:IJ) will change its company name to Air Asia Indonesia on December 29, 2017. Based on company’s extraordinary general meeting shareholders, in addition to changing the name, the company also reorganize its five commissioners and directors and plans to divest its subsidiary shares which are Multi Mekar Sari and Rimau Shipping.To subscribe please click here
