Rimau Multi’s Right Issue Worth IDR3.41Trn

PT Rimau Multi Prima Pratama, Tbk (CMPP IJ) will issue its 13,646,388,139 new shares worth IDR3.41trn, with offering price at IDR250 per shares. Company will used the proceed take the Perpetual Securities of Indonesia Air Asia (IAA), around 76% or equivalent to IDR2.06trn, which will be converted into new shares of IAA. Meanwhile, the remaining 24% will be used for company and its subsidiaries working capital.
