Samudera Indonesia Completes Terminal Acquisition

PT Samudera Indonesia, Tbk (SMDR IJ) is completing the acquisition of a terminal, which will complements its portfolio into five terminals in its business structure. The acqusition stages has reached 90%, and estimated completion of the process could be completed by the end of 2017, or beginning of 2018. For the record, the terminal that will be annexed 600 meter long pier, with the capacity of the terminal is also nearly commensurate with the capacity of the terminal is managed by the company at the Palaran Samarinda.
