Sillo Maritime Sells Laksmini Worth IDR16.79Bn

PT Sillo Maritime Perdana, Tbk (SHIP IJ) sells Laksmini, one of its ship unit, on September 27, 2017, worth IDR16.79bn. Company is selling the ship to its affiliated, PT GHS Maritim Indonesia (GHS). For the record, Laksmini is rented by Petrochina International Jabung. After the agreement, Sillo Maritime is renting the ship from GHS.
