Smartfren Telecom Changes Composition of Commissioners

The results of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk (FREN) approved the change in the composition of the commissioners on Friday, June 25, 2021. The AGM of PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk (FREN) appointed Ferry Salman as Vice President Commissioner, Ketut Sanjaya and Jagbir Singh as Independent Commissioners of the Company.
