TPS Food Divested its Rice Business

PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food, Tbk (AISA IJ) plans to divest its rice business lines, assessed positively as an attempt to improve the image and the company’s performance. According to the result of shareholders general meeting on Thursday, November 2, 2017, agreed upon the the rice business unit divestment controlled by PT Dunia Pangan. TPS Food holding 70% shares of PT Dunia Pangan entirely will be released.
