Trada Alam Minera’s Scheme Acquisition

PT Trada Alam Minera, Tbk (TRAM IJ), previously PT Trada Maritime, Tbk, intends to acquire the coal and mining company, made the company changes its main business focus from the cruise to be mining. Company plans to acquire a coal mining company, namely PT Gunung Bara Utama and a mining services company, PT Ricobana Abadi. The acquisition was done through Gunung Bara Utama and Ricobana Abadi’s holding company.
