PT Visi Media Asia, Tbk (VIVA IJ) is accelerates its debt repayment through debt refinancing. Company signed senior facility agreement, and junior facility agreement with guaranteeing documents for company’s debt refinancing worth USD230mn dated November 1, 2013. Company signed senior facility agreement worth USD173.60mn, and junior facility agreement worth USD78.37mn, or both totally worth USD251.97mn.
