Waskita Karya Signed Syndicate Loan Agreement Worth IDR5Trn

PT Waskita Karya, Tbk (WSKT IJ), is one of the market leaders in Indonesia’s construction business, signed syndicate loan agreement worth IDR5trn with Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC). The loan has tenor five years, with Jakarta Interbank Offered Rate (JIBOR) at level 2.77% per annum (equivalent to 7.77% per year).
