Wika Realty Issues MTN Worth IDR500Bn

PT Wijaya Karya Realty, a subsidiary of PT Wijaya Karya (Persero), Tbk (WIKA IJ) will issue medium term notes (MTN) worth at IDR500bn with coupon rate at 9.75%. The MTN was electronically distributed on October 24, 2017, where the date of the first interest payment on January 24, 2018. The MTN with a tenor of 3-years will be due on October 27, 2020, and PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk (BBRI IJ) act as a monitoring agent.
