Intiland Development, Tbk (DILD IJ), a property company, has exceed its marketing sales target in 1H2017, support by Fifty Seven Promenade, a company’s newly launched property project, in line with the rise of domestic’s consumer purchasing power. The company targets its marketing sales up to IDR2.3trn in 2017, doubled from its marketing sales last year. The company recorded IDR2.7trn (USD202mn) in marketing sales as of August 2017, consist of from Fifty Seven Promenade, a newly-launched mixed-use high-rise project in Central Jakarta, worth IDR1.6trn; and company’s 1H2017 marketing sales worth IDR1.1trn.
Intiland Development, one of Indonesia’s most diversified property firms with landbank in prime locations in Jakarta and Surabaya. The company also successfully divested most of its low-yielding assets and shifted its focus towards high-yielding properties. For the record, Fifty Seven Promenade New Project, launched on August. 26 and features 340 units, with 94% of which have already been sold off. This project situated on 3.2Ha of land in Kebon Kacang, Central Jakarta, and consist of two condominium towers, a serviced apartment tower; two office towers; and a tower for shophouses. Fifty Seven Promenade New Project will benefit from the upcoming mass rapid transit (MRT), light rail transit (LRT), airport skytrain and Trans Jakarta. The company will develop this mixed used project, equipped with a basement area, 496 residential units, a sky garden, a sky lounge, a semi-outdoor swimming pool, children’s playground, spa and sauna, a gym, an entertainment area, and a private dining room.
