Pinehill Acquisition Impact on Indofood CBP. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk (ICBP IJ) signed an agreement with Pinehill Corpora Limited and Steele Lake. The transaction, which was signed on Friday (05/22), is worth USD 2.99 billion, equivalent to IDR 44.25 trillion. ICBP will pay for the acquisition of USD 300 million with internal cash generated.
