AKR Corporindo and BP Global Build Gas Stations

AKR Corporindo, Tbk (AKRA:IJ) and BP Global has formed a joint venture (JV) to build gas stations in Indonesia under the brand name of “BP”. The joint venture company, BP AKR Fuels Retail, is 50.1% owned by AKR Corporindo and 49.9% by BP Global. However, management hasn’t disclosed the numbers of BP gas stations to build while previously, AKR Corporindo planned to build 17 non-subsidized gas stations in 2018 in Jakarta, Surabaya, and Bandung.
