Bina Buana Raya Rights Issue

PT Pelayaran Nasional Bina Buana Raya Tbk (BBRM) plans to restructure its balance sheet. This shipping issuer will hold two corporate actions, namely reverse stock and rights issue. Through reverse stock, Bina Buana Raya will combine the nominal value of the shares.
