Garuda Indonesia Capex up to IDR3Trn

Garuda Indonesia, Tbk (GIAA:IJ) pegged its capital expenditure (capex) of IDR2Trn to IDR3Trn in 2018. The proceed will be used for maintenance, as well as aircraft components maintenance. The capex funding sources came from company’s internal cash. On the other hand, company also the possibility to obtain funding from other sources, both from capital market, as well as banking facilities, since company’s next year additional funding next year worth USD200Mn. Regarding the funding of the capital market, company consider option through bond facilities. Previously, company is plan to issue bonds worth USD300Mn, or equivalent with IDR4Trn.
