Island Concept Extend Catering Business

Island Concept Indonesia, Tbk (ICON:IJ) would extend its catering business in 2018, since the hope of oil and gas mining sectors condition in improving in 2018. While in property sector, company also extend the business through its subsidiary, namely Bhumi Lestari Makmur (BLM). The company is currently developing the Villa project as much as 113 units that have sold 91 units and condotel projects as much as 132 units have sold 33 units. The company have been allocated fund of IDR90Bn as a commitment for the purchase of 3.5Ha land at Jimbaran, to developed in the future. These land was still in 200Ha owned by its affiliation. Next year, company targeting revenue of IDR196.8Bn, or increase 8.7%.
