Jasnita’s Rights Issue Rp 150 per Share

The telecommunications service provider PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk (JAST) will carry out additional capital with pre-emptive rights (PMHMETD) aka rights issue at an offering price of Rp 150 per share. The company will issue 406,813,350 units of new shares with a ratio of 2:1.
