Pakuwon Jati’s Net Profit IDR3.38Trn in 1H18

Pakuwon Jati, Tbk (PWON:IJ) recorded its net profit worth IDR3.38Trn, or growth 14.4% YoY from 1H17 at IDR2.95Trn. The management stated that 49% of 1H18 revenue is contributed by recurring revenue that is recorded at IDR1.66Trn, growth 19.2% YoY, coming from malls and hotels. The remaining 51%contributed by development revenue that is recorded at IDR1.72Trn or growth 10.2% YoY coming from house sales in Pakuwon City Surabaya. Moreover, as of 1H18 the company has spent IDR842bn in caputal expenditure to finance its several mall projects including Kota Kasablanka and for land acquisition.
