Samudera Indonesia Targets of Patimban Operator Ownership

Samudera Indonesia, Tbk (SMDR.:IJ) targets 25% ownership in Patimban Port operator consortium. The company has submitted letter of intent regarding this matter and currently waiting for details of auction documents from Ministry of Transportation. Patimban Port construction will start by the end of July 2018 and targeted to complete in March 2019. The government plans to conduct operator auction in September, and primarily targets State Owned Enterprise (SOE) companies to be the port’s operator.
