SMRA Focus on Middle Class in Bekasi and Karawang. Until the end of the year, the management of Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA) will still focus on developing housing projects in the Bekasi and Karawang areas. Because, many consumers are interested in the property products they develop.

In addition to Bekasi, SMRA will collaborate with Toyota Housing Indonesia to build housing in Karawang region starting from the end of the year 2019. While in Karawang there are 40 Hectares, it has almost everything developed, said Albert.

The amount equals 75% of the total target in the year 2019 which reaches IDR 4 Trillion. Not only developing housing, SMRA management also plans the development of the Central Business District (CBD) in Bekasi.
