Waskita Beton Precast’s MTN for the Acquisition of Raw Materials Company

Waskita Beton Precast, Tbk (WSBP:IJ) planned to acquire the company’s supplier of raw materials. While, the cost of construction of the plant will capture funds amounting to IDR500Bn of total capital expenditure (capex) of IDR1.1Trn. To complement the funding, company was also in the middle of reviewing the issuance of Medium Term Notes (MTN).
